Responsibilities:

• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and other treatments to lawns
• Provide excellent customer service
• Measure lawns and provide accurate quotes

Qualifications:

• Valid and insurable driver's license

• Willingness to obtain pesticide certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Previous lawn care experience preferred (not required)

We're seeking reliable Snow Shovelers to keep our commercial clients' properties clear during winter storms.

What we offer:

• Competitive hourly pay starting at $22/hour, up to $30/hour
• On-call position with flexible hours

Responsibilities:

• Shovel snow from commercial properties
• Ensure safe and efficient snow removal operations

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Willingness to work long hours in extreme weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to arrive at our shop
• Active cell phone service is required: You'll use multiple apps on each property.
• Fully charged cell phone upon arrival to the shop
• Appropriate winter apparel (jacket, hat, boots, gloves)
• Adherence to drug and alcohol policy:
• Detectable amounts of illegal drugs or alcohol in the body system while performing company business or in a company facility is extremely prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

Note: Our winter accounts are all one-inch sites or less. (Meaning we clear snow We service only large commercial properties. This is a temporary, on-call position. Pay is based on hours worked.

We're seeking skilled Snow Plow Operators to keep our commercial and medical clients' properties clear during winter storms.The Snow Plow Operator is an on-call position.

We use heavy equipment loaders with snow plow attachments to remove snow from large commercial sites across the cities.

Our winter accounts are all one-inch sites or less. This means we plow even if there's only one inch of snowfall. We service only large commercial and medical buildings.

What we offer:

• Competitive hourly pay:
  • $30/hour for general operators
  • $35/hour for truck operators with experience
  • $35-45/hour for experienced loader operators
• Opportunity for increased pay based on availability
• Weekly paychecks (W-2 only)
• On-call position with flexible hours

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment loaders with snow plow attachments to clear snow from commercial and medical properties
• Perform minor repairs on snow plow machinery
• Follow safety procedures and work efficiently in various weather conditions
• Communicate with team members for effective coordination

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation and valid Minnesota driver's license
• Cell phone with active service for on-site apps
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Willingness to work long hours in extreme weather conditions
